At BAISAA FASHION, we operate as a B2B wholesale, bulk manufacturing, and private label men’s garments supplier across India. This policy outlines the terms for returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations applicable to retailers, resellers, distributors, and fashion brands placing bulk or wholesale orders with us.

1. Return Policy (Wholesale & Bulk Orders)

Returns are accepted only in the case of manufacturing defects, transit damage, or incorrect items supplied.

Return Conditions

  • Notification must be made within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • A clear unboxing video and high-resolution product images are mandatory
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • All brand tags, labels, and cartons must be intact
  • Return approval is subject to quality inspection by BAISAA FASHION

Non-Returnable Cases

  • Size, fitting, or design expectations
  • Minor shade or fabric texture variation (industry-standard tolerance)
  • Over-ordering, under-selling, or market demand changes

3. Exchange Policy (Subject to Stock & Production)

  • Exchanges are allowed only for approved defect or wrong-supply cases
  • Replacement is subject to stock or production availability
  • Two-way logistics costs (return + re-shipping) are borne by the buyer unless the error is on our side
  • Replacement production timelines may apply for out-of-stock items

4. Refund Policy (Wholesale Transactions)

  • Refunds are issued only if replacement is not feasible
  • Processing time: 5–7 working days after quality verification
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method or registered business bank account
  • Payment gateway or banking charges, if any, are non-refundable

6. Cancellation Policy (Bulk & Manufacturing Orders)

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
  • Dispatch-stage orders are non-cancellable
  • Pre-production cancellations may be approved at management’s discretion and may be subject to administrative or sampling charges

7. Quality Assurance & Buyer Responsibility

Buyers are encouraged to:

  • Approve samples before bulk production
  • Verify product specifications (fabric, size range, wash, labeling) before order confirmation
  • Conduct inspection at delivery time and report issues within the defined window
