1. How can I place an order?
You can place your order directly through our official website, online catalog, or WhatsApp.
Simply visit our website www.baisaafashion.com , browse the products, or share the product codes and quantity with our team on WhatsApp.
We’ll confirm availability, total amount, and dispatch your order quickly
2. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 6 pieces per design. You can choose sizes and styles as per your requirement.
3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Currently, COD is not available due to courier restrictions.
We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Bank Transfer for prepaid orders.
4. What are your shipping charges?
Free Shipping on orders above ₹3000.
For smaller orders, a flat ₹99 shipping charge is applicable across India.
5. How long will delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 4–7 working days after dispatch.
Remote locations may take slightly longer.
6. How will I know when my order is shipped?
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking ID/link via WhatsApp or email so you can track your parcel easily.
7. Do you deliver across India?
Yes! We deliver Pan India through trusted courier partners like Delhivery, DTDC, BlueDart, and Xpressbees.
8. Can I return or exchange the product?
Returns are accepted only for damaged or wrong products, reported within 48 hours of delivery along with an unboxing video for proof.
