Return & Refund Policy

At BAISAA FASHION, we value our customers and aim to provide the best quality jeans and apparel. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Policy

• Returns are accepted only for defective or wrong products delivered.
• Customers must inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video and product pictures.
• Products should be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags & packaging intact.
• No returns are accepted for size issues, color differences (minor variation), or customer preference changes.

2. Exchange Policy

• Exchange is available only if the requested size or design is in stock.
• Exchange shipping charges are to be borne by the buyer both ways.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds are initiated only if a replacement is not available.
• The refund will be processed within 3–7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Refunds are made via the same payment method used during purchase or to the buyer’s bank account.

4. No Return/Refund on:

• Products sold under “Sale”, “Discount”, or “Clearance” offers.
• Orders below MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) or customized bulk orders.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled.
• Cancellation before dispatch will be considered only after confirmation from our team.
