1. Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation. During peak or festive seasons, processing time may extend slightly.

2. Delivery Time:
After dispatch, your order will be delivered within 4–7 working days, depending on your location.
Remote or rural areas may take additional time as per courier partner availability.

3. Shipping Charges:

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹3000.
For smaller orders below ₹3000, a flat ₹99 shipping charge will apply across India.
In special offers or promotions, shipping charges may be waived off.

4. Courier Partners:
We ship through reliable courier partners like Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, Xpressbees, and others to ensure safe and timely delivery.

5. Tracking Information:
Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID/link will be shared with you via WhatsApp or email to help you track your parcel easily.

6. Delays & Issues:
Although we aim for prompt delivery, delays can occur due to courier network issues, weather conditions, or holidays.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages:
If you receive a damaged package or it goes missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with an unboxing video or image proof for swift resolution.

8. Address Accuracy:
Ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are entered correctly at checkout.
BAISAA FASHION will not be liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect address details.
